I've always had a rule that smoking equates to -8 points so a 10 becomes a 2.
Just my two cents.

How many points would you give Ma Parker for her cigar smoking?

Sherry Jackson (AKA Pauline) once noted that any time she was playing a bad girl on screen, she was seen smoking. Obviously that edict didn't transfer to Batman, but she was menacing enough in that role without the stink of nicotine.

Actually, nicotine is colorless and odorless. It's the tar you're smelling.
