That. Is. Awesome! A strange premise for a book, to be sure, but he knocked it out of the park. After years of watching and reading interviews, this just adds to what I already thought about him: He was a grounded and appreciative guy with a great sense of humor.

This is yet again more proof of the enormous cultural significance of the show and Mr West. The publishers are asking for his input on a book 50 years after the show was on the air. He, as well as the show, the cast, and the characters were of incredible cultural significance.
