Question about the villain bumpers on the blu ray set

Much as I adore this amazing set, my  main niggle about this set is after every episode before the credits is a picture caption showing the next villain. Because after first broadcast the show was syndicated , these captions were always removed.

Part of the fun of watching the show for me was guessing who the villain would be when starting a new episode . Not any more.
The series 1 set has them all as a special feature. I wish they were not tacked on to the episodes as well. 

In series 1 disc 2 has them removed but they are present on discs 1 and 3. So it isn't even consistent. 
Plus one of them tells is a joker episode is coming up next and it isn't, it's a riddler story. Not even accurate.

My question is do they all appear on the season 2 episodes of the set? Or isn't just season 1?
I heard they were all a little inconsistent.
