Around 1975, there were three Batman comics (Batman #243-244 and Detective Comics #451) that featured a character named "Molly Post", a championship skiier who gets caught up in the action in the first Bat story and then appears again in a darker tale where she's the target of an assassin. While she bears no resemblance character wise to the Riddler's henchmoll of the pilot (other than Batman expressing some silent admiration for her), it sure looks as though they were drawing her like Jill St. John! (page below from Batman #243 where we learn her name)

You know, I've read that story a dozen times and never made the connection. Good catch.
