Shakespeare bust appearance
Okay, I'll admit this is really random. The other night, we were watching the 1990 film "Pump Up the Volume". As we watched it, there was a scene in the principal's office with a blurred bust in the background. The image is quite blurry, but you guys know better than me. What are the chances that this belongs in Wayne Manor?
Re: Shakespeare bust appearance
While it's a sculpt of Shakespeare the shoulders look narrower than the one from the show-- I think the odds that this is THE bust is about a million to one.

Andy, I didn't think the odds were good at all. Since this might be the first time I've a bust with a similar collar (and since it is so out of focus), I thought I'd pass it along.
Re: Shakespeare bust appearance
It's definitely close-- good eye.

A good catch, but even out of focus the head on that bust is far larger proportionally than the Batman version.

No trapezius muscles.
Re: Shakespeare bust appearance
The prop from the show does show up in the background of an episode of the John Larroquette show in the mid 90's. There was an episode where John takes a writing class and the bust is on a table in the background, just a couple of quick glances of it. I believe the episode is called "Master Class" from season 3. I have a very low res copy of the show, but I will post a screenshot if I am able to.

Re: Shakespeare bust appearance
That framed portrait also in both "Larroquette" and "Halloween H20"?
"Holy nostalgia, Batman!"

Looks like it, Therin. Must have been a prop "lot".
Re: Shakespeare bust appearance
A Shakespeare bust (not sure if it's THE one) makes an appearance in one of the Wayne's World movies - Wayne uses it to open a freight elevator. Sry no screen cap.

This bust appears in the Dobie Gillis episode "What's My Lion" from January 10, 1961
