Mannix 1968....around the outside of Wayne Manor
TV's Mannix used the Wayne Manor house (380 San Rafael Avenue in Pasadena, California) in several episodes. In this one, S1E21, 1968 we see outside parts of the house we've never seen in 1966 Batman starring Adam West and Burt Ward. Three different clips, first the front, 2nd a walk around the right side, and the back of the actual house.

Great find, AP!
This gives me an idea, I love the locations stuff (heck, we're even writing a book about it) maybe we should start an ongoing thread for Bat-Locations spotted on other shows and movies?

The outside of Wayne Manor is also featured in two episodes of MIssion Impossible: "Charity" during the second season and "The Numbers Game" in season four.

In the posted clip, that's William Smithers as the episode's main villain. He excelled at playing corrupt, manipulator types, as seen on Mannix, and in guest spots on Star Trek ("Bread and Circuses") or The Mod Squad ("Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Starlet"). Always great to watch him play the guy you love to hate.

Re: Mannix 1968....around the outside of Wayne Manor
This is great. It seems like the house was only ever used for exterior shots, but seeing the bad guy and his henchmen emerge from the front door is more use of the interior than we ever saw on Batman.
Does anyone know if the scenes in the back of the house -- along the garden path and veranda -- are from the "Wayne Manor" house? The windows along the back side have different design details than those seen from the front, but thet could still be part of the same house. Or not, thanks to the magic of Hollywood locations...

Since there were two drive up scenes up to the house I just assumed that the side and back area were part of the real house, especially the 2nd with the actress as they walked around the right side, why would they cut the shot, pack up and go to another location and film from there. Unless the owners just agreed to front shots of the house? Here is a flyer of the actual house from I believe 1997, while you cant see much of the back of the house there was quite a bit of land and greenery.
