Eighty-nine years ago today (9 September 1923), Cliff Robertson was born in Los Angeles. While so many of us know him as Shame from the 1966 Batman series, he won an Academy Award for his performance in Charly, filmed in 1968. Sadly, we lost him on Saturday, 10 September 2011 in Stony Brook, NY.
Anyway, best wishes to you, Mr. Robertson!
