Hey everybody,
As many of you know, TO THE BATPOLES podcast is on a book-writing hiatus right now. As usual, a number of other things popped up to try to fill up the time, but some progress HAS been made on the book. But it's kind of like, the more we write, the more we realize there IS to write...
In the meantime, we're doing a short(er) Patreon-only podcast, called BAT BITS, coming out every other Thursday. Two episodes have been released so far, with the second one including excerpts of my conversation with our own SCOTT SEBRING about Robin over Catwoman's tiger pit. Was it a real pit, with real tigers, or was it all stock footage? The answer may surprise you!
It's available through the Deconstructing Comics Patreon page, which also includes a monthly show about Jim Starlin's CAPTAIN MARVEL, and is slated in a few months to start a show on Silver Age BATMAN comics.

Can I make a request for an episode of To the Batpoles? I’d like to hear Tim and Paul’s take on the 1994 Damon Wayans film Blankman that does have a 60’s Batman tie-in to it. If you aren’t familiar with it, I won’t spoil the fun.
