Post by Dan Greenfield » Tue Oct 30, 2018 4:18 pm

Hey, Batfolks:

We've got a story up at 13th Dimension with the latest details on the exhibit that will ultimately replace the BATMAN '66 retrospective at the Hollywood Museum.

The new exhibit is not only expanding, there'll be a VIP gala featuring Burt Ward, Ilya Salkind and Lindsay Wagner.

Details here:

https://13thdimension.com/exclusive-new ... -november/

Check it out if you like!

How can they have the bionic woman and not Steve Austin? He should be there too.

I had been hoping that Helen Slater's Supergirl would have been included, especially since she is part of the Salkind "world".

That looks amazing! I love all the costumes, it just makes me feel great seeing all those iconic heroes from my childhood standing together, forever united at the Hollywood museum!

quite a few pictures available if you Google "Hollywood museum Lindsay wagner". William Kidston was the official photographer for the event so he probably has lots of pics on his website.

it was a fun evening. not nearly as big an event as January, but I think everyone had fun and the exhibit was world class. Great to see Lindsay Wagner as well as several of the board members that were in attendance.

The website below is of a guy that interviewed many of the red carpet celebrities and then filmed the exhibit as well. Not great quality, but will give everyone a chance to see the event.

Agreed!
It was a star studded affair, but not as much fun as the opening in January, However I did get to see some friends- Scott, Vicky, Mark- but also got to meet board members Pat, and Frank.
It was still great to see the updated displays, and the new center piece featuring the 5 Heroes.
I am still going thru my pics, I will post some here soon. until then here is some video of the guests speaking after the new display is revealed.

Burt Ward
ilya salkind
lyndsay wagner

Also here is a link to my humble Youtube channel- Retro Cool Nerd. There you can find more videos from the Holy Hollywood History Batman 66 VIP opening from back in January.

snoop around, maybe you'll see something cool.
