Superheroes: A Never-Ending Battle, in which Adam West is a participant, airs next Tuesday, October 15th, on PBS from 8:00 to 11:00 Eastern time.
Here's the Press Tour article I posted in August, with a comment from Adam at the end:

Re: Adam West in new PBS Superheroes documentary Oct 15th
I thought the special was decent...although to be honest, it didn't really cover all that much ground that hasn't been discussed in similar shows and documentaries over the past few years. I had 30% off worth of member credit at Barnes and Noble that was going to expire at the end of this weekend, so I went and picked up the companion book. I may pick up the DVD from Amazon at some point down the road, just for the sake of completeness.
From a Bat-Fan's point of view, I will say this much...the clips of the '66 show that they used looked particularly crisp and vivid to my eyes. They must have been given access to nice masters of the show in some capacity. And as enjoyable as the current-day interview footage with Adam was, I'm not sure the part where he voiced-over the dialogue from the Batman origin comic book from 1939 worked for me. Maybe it was too much "mixing of styles".
