Check out what is Happening at the Convention Center on the same weekend as Adam West, Burt Ward and Yvonne Craig are appearing. Google Winnipeg Convention Center then go to calender of events, go to April then click on World of Wheels !

Besides Adam, Burt and Yvonne at the Expo, the Tribute to the Batmobile exhibit will be featured the same weekend at the World of Wheels autoshow in the same building! The Tribute showcases three Batmobiles: the Adam West '66, the Michael Keaton '89, and the Christian Bale Tumbler!

I know that I will be checking them out myself! I suppose it might be kind of fun to have my picture taken with the '89 Batmobile....in my '66 Batsuit!

So who will be coming to the show? I think I will be heading out there - my brother lives in Winnipeg so I can get a visit in as well.

Well, the weekend is finally over and I had a GREAT time! I was only able to attend on the Saturday but I spent the entire day in my Batsuit, posing for pictures with all sorts of folks. My wife and I had delightful chats with all three of the guests, but I think I got a little "fanboy" with Adam! They were all very nice and a pleasure to talk to! I purchased one of the available photo ops and had my picture taken with Adam next to the Batmobile on display at the auto show, definitely something I will treasure!

I even had the pleasure of chatting awhile with another one of our board members from Toronto, twint9! I hope he had a great time, too!

My wife and I managed to get a few photos and I will be sharing them as soon as I have time to transfer them from the camera.

I was also there only on Saturday. Both my kids were there with me and we all had a great time. We spent a lot of time talking with Yvonne and Meridel, Andrew and Fred. We also had a chance to chat with Adam for a few minutes when the lineup had cleared.

It was great meeting Greg and his wife "Mrs. Batman" and we spent a while talking costumes and Batman in general.

I'll also post a couple of photos this week when I get a chance.

Okay, here is the first photo so far but it is the best. Well worth the cost, it will be a treasure of mine for years to come!
