I might have to schedule my summer trip to see my family that weekend...

I'm pretty sure this is a fairly small show-- so I think you might be in luck with not dealing with large crowds, although it's at an Indian Casino so there is always that pro or con depending on how you feel about that.

I've done the San Diego Comic Con before, and those crowds were getting to be a bit much for me the last time I was there, so I have no issues with the small crowds. We make a trip up to CT every August to see family before school starts up, and my brother lives about 15-20 minutes from the casino, so this might be a good possibility. I still haven't met Adam or Burt, and I'd love to have that opportunity. I'd also like to bring our son who will be 5 by then, and it will be a great memory for him.

I wouldn't hesitate then if I were you Joe-- they aren't getting any younger and who knows how much longer they're going to be doing this much traveling. They are also up in the South Massachusetts area in March for the Northeast Comic Con in Hanover-- and that is a REALLY small show. Small shows in this case are good, you're not dealing with huge lines.
