1966 Batman Panel at Chicago Comic Con
Batman: The Classic TV Series: A Remembrance
DAY: Saturday (8/26/17)
TIME: 1:00pm – 1:45pm
ROOM: 42
Panelists remember the colorful blockbuster super hero TV show with super villains looking like their comic book counterparts; a Batmobile that put James Bond's tricked-up Aston Martin to shame, and the beloved Adam West and Burt Ward as the Dynamic Duo. Join Batman: A Celebration of The Classic TV Series authors Bob Garcia and Joe Desris; Fiberglass Freaks owner (and builder of the only DC licensed 1966 Batmobile replicas) Mark Racop; and Gotham City 14 Miles editor Jim Beard as they discuss the show's origins, Batman’s wonderful toys and its place in Bat-history.

If I still lived in my home town of Park Forest, I'd be there with bells on, but I am now in Tucson. Btw Mark, if you think of it, tell Joe that I said hello and another Batfan he knows from Tucson says hello. His name is J.R. Joe will know who he is. Joe may Remember me as I sent him a copy of my copyright certificate for my creation of The Batman Toy and Collectibles Price Guide.

Besides NYCC C2E2 is the craziest show of the year with SDCC just behind it. Wizard Chicago is a LOT calmer butnstill a good show. It also has the huge benefit of having Gibsons Steakhouse across the street.
