I agree with both of them. We are a lucky generation for having him be our lifelong hero. The right actor in the right role in just the right moment of history.

TP, you said that as well as I've ever heard it. Absolutely, the right guy at the right time. Other actors might've done quite well in the part, but no one else would have had the impact of West. Several aspects of "Batman" hit perfectly at one time, but in my opinion he was far and away the most important one.
