1/12 Batman and Robin models for Batcycle

Not mine, but very interesting. The auction is for a set of resin 1/12 scale Batcycle Batman and Robin in 1/12 scale made to fit the Mattel 1/12 scale Batcycle perfectly... These figures are highly detailed and like Super Elite status.. ..The Likeness and anatomy look pretty good.

If you don't like the Mattel figures, these may work for you.

These figures are done by the guy that did the 1/32 ideal set that scooter was selling.
The detail on those was amazing.

In my opinion he's high by a factor of 2 for the avid collector, and a factor of 4 for the casual collector. But they are very limited and detailed.

I think the price is fair considering it is for two figures and they are a larger scale. I have worked with the sculptor Rob and purchased his smaller figures and they are top quality sculpts with dynamic poses and great likenesses. He also does a great job casting and cleans up figures so they require almost no prep work and are pretty much ready to prime and paint (if anyone has ever built resin kits they know this is not always the case and often require sanding, filling, etc which can take hours of work). I know he plans on a couple more interesting Batman related kits so keep an eye out.

Did he make the Batgirl figure a few years ago?

szabol:

I think your thinking of David. I believe his board name was "Hannibal ?"
Anyway Rob or "Bluesy helper" primarily work in wax and comes up with some,
really nice stuff. You can view some on the clubhouse forum. I can also attest to the quality.
With him you get what you pay for. To top it off he's a great guy to deal with.
