Will you buy Batman on Blu-Ray?

Thought I would toss out a fun poll about buying Batman on Blu-Ray. For me, it's choice #1 and I wondered if anyone else was making the same purchase?

One thing to consider - blu rays don't often go on sale, I learned that with Smallville. Same with Grimm. I can buy the season DVDs cheap, but the Blu ray still holds at $50 vs as low as $10 for each Smallville season on DVD. So if they don't come together, I'm going Bluray first, and put DVD on the Xmas list.

I find the HD download "strangely fascinating" as our hero might say. I converted the series I have to play on an iPad, but .... Perhaps by season.

Does that add another question to the survey - digital download....

Well I'm hoping for an isolated music feature as with the Blu Ray movie. But Blu Ray is still a possibility without it, just not a certainty.

Excellent suggestion, and one I didn't think of! Actually, this is my first attempt at a poll, and I thank everyone so far for voting and suggestions. Maybe we can do another one in the future regarding packaging and extras.

And here's something kind of silly - I bought the Batman movie on Blu-Ray, just can't play it!
So that's another incentive for me to take the plunge.

Blu-Ray for sure! Although, I'll probably get both.

I know the press release mentioned collectible packaging, so I'll try to get the blu-ray set in the collectible packaging and the DVD set in the regular packaging.

BD absolutely.

Once you go Blu, it's hard to go back. A properly done release can blow you away. My collection of BDs includes everything from silents to the latest blockbusters, but the 66 series will be one of my most anticipated purchases given how good this should look.

Players can be gotten sub $100 fairly easily. If one if a member of a warehouse club (Costco or Sam's) even better deals can be had. I'd recommend a "name" brand with a wi-fi connection. The wi-fi will make player updates much easier.

I will buy the DVD box set then the Blu-Ray I need to get a Blu- Ray player. My Brother told me that Blu-Ray looks just a little better not much is that true?? I will get both I am sure the Blu-Ray will cost more then the dvd. Either way I will be Happy to have both!!!
