Interesting. What exactly is the 1966 Batmobile ad/footage from the Files tape?

I'm guessing it would be the first documentary on the "Holy Batmania" 2 DVD set, but that's purely a guess.

Perhaps they will release it again in the US.

Regarding the batmobile clip question, It is a VHS transfer of an old on set interview with Batman (Adam in character). He drives up with a passenger. They stop and the passenger hops out, grabs a microphone off camera and interviews Batman about the batmobile. The clip is 6 minutes long and goes through many features of the Batmobile. What makes it special is it is done in 1966, not later when memories have gaps in details.

Is this the same thing as the seat belt safety footage? Your description sounds like the same but it's been years since I've watched it.

Lost PSA commercial
Does anybody have on video, or remember, about a 30 second to a minute PSA with Adam West as Batman, Burt Ward as Robin, and Alan Napier as Alfred talking about safety in using seat belts? The last time I saw this commercial was around 1973 or '74. I know it exists, but I can't find it anywhere, even on You Tube. And I know I didn't imagine it. The setting was in the batcave with all 3 actors.

That eBay listing is the same as the seatbelt footage. It's not the PSA described in the thread you linked to, but if I remember correctly the announcer and Adam specifically talk about buckling up in that Batmobile footage. I have it on DVD myself.
