I found mine on the same aisle as the Hot Wheels. Good luck!

Just recently acquired a Boxed Ahi "Bat Ray Gun" from the 70's.

The Early Bird may get the Worm, but it's the SECOND Mouse that gets the CHEESE!
Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?
Lou Szabo, You are right. The Yvonne head, when put on right DOES look more in proportion than the oversize Mego heads. My supplies were just shipped out today (or so they say), so, given the snow/ice storm that we are having today and tomorrow, I expect to get them by next Monday or Tuesday. I'll be able to start on my Bat-Girl 1943 figure. Curling the hair up into a Deanna Durbin hairstyle will be the most challenging.
One thing I did notice on Your "Molly" is that the Robin belt is too out of proportion to Her size. I don't know is You can find a 7" Teen titan Robin belt that might look more in proportion. I suppose that is something to think about, my Friend.
Cheers

Sweet! I love all the other stuff in the photo too. It would be neat to see what we all collect in addition to Batman stuff too.To The Batpoles! wrote: ↑Thu Feb 03, 2022 12:24 pm Just recently acquired a Boxed Ahi "Bat Ray Gun" from the 70's.

Love the AHI Gun! So cool-- I love vintage packaging.
I'd second the notion of posting pics of other things in your collection, I spy a Frankenstein Soaky in that pic, love the Soaky's and Super7 just did a new set as an homage which are quite fun.

Well, I've been hunting for one of these for 40 years. Hard to find last Non-Robin issue of Detective Comics, the Boy Wonder debuts in the next issue, from 1939.

great cover. Is the utility blue blue or forgotten. Its Blue, just like the FTC belt
Some days you just can't get rid of a ... SHARK!
Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?
Congrats, Andy! It's not a bad story either. It's been reprinted in a number of collections.

Batman gets lost and has to ask directions! For anyone that says there is no Batmobile in the first serial, yes there is, it matches the one in this comic, and it’s called batmobile in the script!

Yes, there was! As I recall, when the top was down, It was Bruce's car. When the top was up, it was the Batmobile. And yes, folks, the 1st Bat-mobile was Red!, Right, Andy?

That's the one, Andy! I don't remember Robin riding in it in the comics very much though. Btw, that IS a nice shot! Thanks.

Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?
The Robin is artistic license, that's the Mattel SDCC Exclusive First Batmobile from last year. Robin never rode in the coupe.

Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?
I didn't think so, Andy. I think that Robin DID ride in the Blue/Black coupe, however. I just don't remember which issue that was in.
