That original link I posted to Zap Pow's toy, looks like a European box. Here is the US box. It is called the Nightsphere, but the figures I have seen are colored differently than Zap Pow's. I wonder if there was more than one release

I felt the same way upon first seeing this item. Upon further research I found where I think the artist may have gotten his inspiration (and choice of gray for the Batsuit). This is the back of the package containing the Mattel 6" Batman & Robin wall climbing set.

I bought the Nightsphere new when it first came out in 1996 (and still have it). The figure it came with looks exactly like the one in the picture above (dark green). Don't know if it was ever reissued with a different colored Batman, but I'm guessing it had been at some point.

I just found the mini Nano Adam West Batman figure at Walmart. They only had one. I’m pretty happy. Looks great on my desk!

Got my photo signed thru the mail from the 1966 Batman screen test of Lyle Waggoner and Peter Deyell. These are the finalists who lost out to Adam and Burt.
