I'd have to dig out my hard drives from that period. Can you remember what year?
Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?
I don’t know. It was supposed to be for Adam to sign, so 2016?

Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?
A friend very kindly gifted me the Ashton Drake Galleries '66 Joker yesterday and i've got to say that after dismissing this range originally based on the goofiness of the Adam figure, in person, their Cesar is a really nice addition to my collection. I believe these figures were 1/5th as it smaller than the large NECAs and bigger than my Hot Toys.

That's a beauty, Ben. And a friend to keep.

Agreed on both fronts!
Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?
They just delivered my 6" Robin from FTC and the 6" Robin outfit with the Green cape from Classic TV Toys. It will go with my 1940 Bat Man figure. I realize that the body is for a more muscular teen boy body, but I needed it. My 1939-40 Bat-Girl is getting finished after that.

Awesome! I was starting to see people on Instagram on the East Coast find these in stores! I'm going to probably do a lap of the three Target locations near me today.
Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?
About two weeks ago my wife needed some travel stuff so she tricked me into going to Target-- a rare occasion of not using a self checkout found me in line behind a guy who was buying the boat-- looked like a fun item!

Green Hornet arrives by Ian McLean, on Flickr
Recently, someone mentioned the existence of the Lakeside "Green Hornet" bendy figure of 1966. I found one in good condition for a reasonable price. Just gave him a bit of a facelift. Goes well with the NJ Croce figures.

Nice work on the Lakeside GH figure, but I don't know if I would've brought myself to alter such a rare piece of merchandising from that series, no matter the condition.Therin of Andor wrote: ↑Thu Apr 13, 2023 4:48 am

I don’t think his eyes were ever actually painted, just green depressions. His chin had a small green scuff which I tried to cover, then realised how dark and dingy the rest of his face and hands looked, so I braved it with the lighter shade of “matte flesh” I had on hand.
The shoes had a few small paint scuffs and his hair was green(!), so it was a few minimal changes and I have no intention of selling him, so he looks nice and fresh now.
Had I paid a lot more - and there are some very expensive ones out there, one even had wires showing, and another was missing fingers - maybe I would have left him. But it pleases me to add to my bendy set!

Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?
After more than a decade of not being able to fit them in my suitcase during trips to California and/or avoiding crazy expensive shipping to the UK, I finally get to proudly display both versions of our good pal Ruben Procopio's Adam West busts within my collection.
Thanks, Ruben! I love them!
