I picked up a couple of those Hot Wheels Batmobiles the other day. At 94 cents a piece, I couldn't resist.

I'm far from a completist but I still get a kick out of physically walking into a store and seeing the TV show logo on merchandise.

They have those here as a Walmart exclusive. Where did you find it ?
That makes sense, I found it in an Asda here in the UK (they are owned/operated by Walmart).

My Williams Studios Robin mask came in the mail yesterday. Just need a chunk of weight to come off before committing to a vest. In the meantime, my 3-year-old Batman will be settling for a Robin with a belt, mask and "R".

Hi

Here's a new jigsaw I picked up just this week from a discount book/stationery shop here in the UK. Great fun to do if you like jigsaws (which I do), but a little tricky as well. They also had one of Spiderman which I think I'll pick up as well. (Hope I'm not breaking any rules mentioning Batman's rival, the Mighty World of Marvel.)

Neal Adams cannot do anything other creating perfect Batman illustrations every time. Such a fantastic, master artist.

Just to echo everyone else...That is an awesome Neal Adams drawing. I first got into Batman due to reruns of the 1966 series, but among the first comics I bought was the Stacked Cards Book & Record set with Adams art and the Ra's Al Ghul tabloid. Even though I was only 5, Adams art blew me away and he is still my favorite artist.

I recently picked up these two comics. Batman 114 from March 1958. Detective 276 from February 1960

So far i'd done a pretty good job convincing myself that I wasn't going to bother getting the '66 Pop Vinyls... My girlfriend however went ahead and surprised me with this in the mail today. These are so much more charming in person!
