Excellent. Their site says preorder, but you are the second to say they have, and the first with pictures. Any idea what the body is made from. I'm either getting this or the Batcave, space and budget won't allow both

Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?
Yeah I have been thinking about getting one as well to go with the Catwoman. Might pull the trigger on it depending how much I drop at SDCC...

"Someone might be able to substitute for Batman, for a very short time, but no one could ever replace him!"

OK, here's the response from Sideshow:
So the first shipment has gone out to customers whose orders were earliest I guess.
"we have another shipment coming in, which will be ready to ship at the beginning of August! and we do ship UPS
so it will not show as "Buy Now" until that second shipment has been processed, which could be mid-August"
That video looks dynamite. My wife is gonna kill me.

My Christmas present from a few years ago arrived today: Shakespeare's Bust is in the house
And I have a tracking number for the Sideshow Premium Batman figure.
All that's left is the Batcave, which may ship this fall or next year, depending what you read.

Who did you order your bust from? Thanks!!
Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?
If this question doesn't belong here, I apologize in advance so here goes:
Does anyone know or remember what company put out the 3 in one box sett of 12" fully posable (sic) Batman; 1 a slender body with late 1930s-earlly 40s costume; 1 with the more muscular body w/ 1950s Bat suit and; the all black suit. I believe the set was out in the late 1990s. I am now looking for a asset, but I can't remember who made it. Thanks in advance, and again, I apologize if this is in the wrong place.
Cheers,

Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?
That's IT!!!!! A little different than the one I saw as far as the original Batsuit colors go, but otherwise it is identical! It was at at a discount store ( sadly defunct for the last 15 years or so) here in Ohio. The namewas Schotenstein's, a chain based out of Columbus Ohio. As I recall there was also a Superman set as well!
Thanks, my Friend as now I can look for it by name!!!!!!! Hot Diggety Dog!!!!!!!!!

Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?
Nice Swag. I'm partial to a Blue Batmobile for some reason (cartoons). Of course, RED means "It started with a Kiss" These alternative colors are great!

Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?
But wait! There's more! It's called the History of Batman Collection and my set came with the 70s and 90s Batman logos REVERSED. Yep, black oval with a yellow Bat! I'm sure the error makes those sets harder to find, but not sure if it increased the resale value. I was a bit upset when I got mine, but I've learned to appreciate it over the years. I believe ebay has a set up now that's slightly higher in price than the normal version.Larry A. wrote: ↑Thu Jul 27, 2017 5:08 pm That's IT!!!!!
