Good thing they had all those years to put together some really exciting designs for the menu pages.

I'm digitizing the last disk of season 3.

Lots more work to do: I'm planning to put an episode description in each one and luckily these already exist so its a copy and paste. Then they get loaded on the big iPad. I plan to watch the specials today.

I just noticed episode 85 "A Piece of the Action" may have the companion episode. That's the Green Hornet crossover.
A Piece Of The Action (Original Airdate: March 1, 1967)
A rare stamp counterfeiting operation brings Batman and Robin face-to-face with Green Hornet and Kato (Van Williams and Bruce Lee), who are not above suspicion. The Dynamic Duo finally realize they're on the same side as their allies are about to be licked.

Batman's Satisfaction (Original Airdate: March 2, 1967)
Things come unglued as two sets of crime fighters go round and round, and the real counterfeiter, Colonel Gumm (Roger C. Carmel), is smoke-screening. Gumm grabs his bounty from the Stamps Exhibition and only the Divergent Duos can flatten him.

I was just watching the bonus disk. The Batmiania piece with Ralph, Mark and a third collector is excellent. I had forgotten many of the items I had until I saw that! Does anyone know the third collector?

Are those really the menus or what they look like when you view the disks like data disks instead of media disks?

P.S. Not sure what I'm talking about.

That menu is from the bonus disk, I was illustrating the contents of the special features.

I cancelled my preorder with Amazon and ordered from Batmanondvd this morning. The order confirmation says I'll get it on or shortly after the 11th. I ordered the DVD set because I can watch them on my computer, portable DVD player etc.. I don't have Blu Ray on our main tv yet anyway.
I like breaking up the payments on the Batmanondvd site too. I haven't received any email confirmation yet but I see none of you guys did either so I'm not worried. Really looking forward to getting them finally!

I received an order confirmation from batmanondvd.com, but I haven't received any shipping notification. But I see that most people aren't, so I emailed them and asked for my tracking number.

I live in VA, so hopefully it will arrive tomorrow or Tuesday. Anticipation!

Okay, yeah... No email confirmation for me either. Just gonna be patient and have faith, but it is probably one of the rare exceptions when I've not gotten an email after placing an online order.

Warner's doesn't seem to put any effort into menu design, anymore. I buy most of the direct to DVD DC Comics animated movies and that is what the menus on those look like. Same for the recent releases of the Filmation Batman cartoon from the 60s and Beware the Batman.

Does anyone want to buy my UV code from Blu Ray?

Now that I'm getting what I've waited a while for with this DVD set along with other releases like the '68 Filmation series, then as far as I'm concerned Warners Bros. and DC Comics can go bankrupt for all I care! They can't seem to manage a one-car parade around the block!
