Check this original video. No talking during the worlds fair footage. I think they added that for reruns.

THere is no Dozier narration on the pilot.
Andy are you saying that there is no narration on the opening of the Blu-Ray Hi Diddle Riddle?
(I'm yet to receive my set, it's due any day now.)

I had no idea that the Adam West Naked DVD wasn't the whole thing when I ordered from them yesterday, that sucks. Maybe I'll at least get a shipping confirmation.

"They then asked us to put an introduction on the beginning of the show, informing the audience that this was a comedy and that the audience should hiss the villains and cheer for the heroes. They thought the audience didn’t know what they were watching. We tried it, and again it didn’t work. So, finally they left it alone, and when it finally aired it was a big success."

It was never intended to be there. The box set represents the pilot as it was originally conceived. No mistakes on this set. Quite the opposite, Warner Brothers has knocked it out of the park!!

adam west naked is the full three hours. I just confirmed it with my disc. 3 episodes [season one is an hr, season 2 is 71 mins, and season 3 is 45 mins.] so 3 hrs total.

Ben-- yes what he said. And Adam West Naked is indeed the whole thing.

We need to put credit where credit is due and stop looking for things to hate here, we wanted the show uncut and remastered-- got it.
We wanted extras, Batgirl pilot, screen tests, got it.
We wanted it before we were all too old to push the buttons on our VHS machines. Got it.

Thank you Wally, Johnny, Ralph and the rest of the people responsible, and Warners for delivering a first rate product.

Hmm...Is there an un-boxing video of the batmanondvd collection yet?

Still haven't received a shipping confirmation from them...

Dang. Too many conflicting reports were out on the Naked. Oh well, got my cake and will be eating it too with the full Amazon BR limited edition and the Naked discs from Adam.

BATMANONDVD.com apparently does not send out an email notice-- it's coming from Michigan so if you're a UPS member you'll get notified through that, which is how I heard mine is on the way but NOTHING from the website itself.

Regardless, BATMANonDVD will get it here today, so will Amazon, so apparently has BlueMoose and it's in stores like BestBuy if you can't wait for the delivery man.

Like a few others, I decided to go ahead and finally order Naked from the Adam West site.
I'm still a bit confused - so the version from the AW web site is on 2 discs, but the Batmanondvd version is just 1 disc, but the content is the same? Did I get that right?
