No, I have a set. ^_^ They shipped in mid-December.
That's odd. Everywhere I looked online just had them advertised as Batman (new head sculpt) and Robin (with removable mask). Maybe the "tied" ones are rare now!
nope, still available at CTVT's site

The figures of Batman & Robin tied up to the breakable tables are variant figures and not a part of Wave 3 or any other wave.
You can still order the B&R tied up if you'd like to.

A little black acrylic paint from Michaels will fix that.

...or some black border tape. After giving the Hatter a black hat band and gray gloves, I also razored off Shame's Velcro, which I felt ruined the look of the jacket.

Shame comes with a purple kerchief as well as a tie. I took the kerchief off as I don't remember him wearing a kerchief, only that oversized tie. Anyway...after a few small adjustments, here they are.

I ordered my Hatter and Shame on Wednesday direct from FTC and got them yesterday. I'll be ordering directly from them from now on. Hatter is one of if not the best figures they have done yet. I'm looking forward to what's next!

These new additions are wonderful! I know there are a lot of villains to choose from and no doubt all of use have our preferences as to who we would have liked to have seen before Shame or Mad Hatter but personally, i'm still reveling in the fact that we live in a world where these exist!

Mad Hatter is in the running for the best figure so far (IMO)-- although I wish his hat was the same soft material as Penguin's-- it just kind of sits on his head rather than pulls down on it.

Back of the box shows King Tut and Catwoman-- so maybe they will be next, although Otto-Freeze is already sculpted.

I don't think they've abandoned the removeable cowl Batman, but obviously something needs re-tooling otherwise he would have been released with Robin.

I've been getting mine direct from FTC-- you cannot beat their service.

I'm thinking of putting some double sided Scotch Tape inside the hat to see if that helps to keep it on.
I agree that it's a a great looking figure.

My pal Pete said to take the hair dryer to the hat. The hard vinyl will soften up a bit with the heat and you can pop it right on the Hatter's head!

And don't forget to paint those hands gray!

Wally,
They sell gloved hands that you can use as replacements on any of your figures.

Is there a removable cowl Robin? I'm waiting to see if they release an removable cowl Batman before I take the plunge. The figures all look great.

which the figure should have gotten in the first place. Sometimes I wonder about FTC, they go all out on some of these figures, then cheese out on a few like Shame and his guns, Egghead and his lack of waistcoat and no sleeved shirt.
