I put this on my Facebook , but wanted to share here too, if this is in wrong area , please move: From the left is an exact reproduction of the mask worn by Robin in the TV series, then a cowl of the same, both made by Chuck Williams and his lovely bride Lynne, then a duct tape cowl made by my daughter Claire, around 6th or 7th grade, then one from The Japan company Ogawa studios, brought back from Japan by the great Andy Fish, and the last one the Mattel Version.

That's quite a collection Mike!
I'd feel the same way about the duct tape one.
Can't be replaced.

That's a great line up. Especially your daughter's duct tape creation.

Great collection MIke!
I'm honored to be next to your daughters work.
I know how much love goes into works like this and nothing compares to that.
Well Done Dad! :D

Has anyone purchased a cowl from the gentleman in argentina? The nose looks a little off.

Thanks Adam

That should be addressed in another thread of it's own and not in this one. But yes, that cowl is off in various ways.

I'd definitely keep the duct tape one too if I were you.

I've got 100's of Batmobiles, but if I could only keep one it would be the play-worn version I've had since I was 5 or so, rather than the mint in box edition that's the same age. One has financial value and display-ability, but the other has memories and you can't buy those.

No joke the duct tape one shows talent. She clearly paid close attention to the real deal. Probably not easy to come up with what materials to use and then to work with duct tape as a material. That was clearly a labor of love.
