You'll be very pleasantly surprised... :D
Gosh, thanks Ben. You've been absolutely no help whatsoever.
I find you to be odious, abhorrent and insegrevious.

This is so exciting! The animation looks great, the music sounds great. Heck, I'd buy the DVD just for that cover! So, are the people "in the know" sworn to secrecy of some sort? Lets hear the news!

No place holder for it on IMDB either, which I find odd. Very odd.

:o also just saw the trailer on the web & holy excitement...this is the version the 1977 BATMAN adventures should have looked like...instead of reusing most of FILMATIONS cells from the 68 show and both WEST & WARD sound great,,,art work loos great...its even done CAMPY,, ;) .......as far as who is voicing the other major villains??????????my guess would be an impressionist......why ?? to keep it as close to the original show would be my guess,,,,

My initial thought was that it looks very much in keeping with the animation they've been using for some of the newer Scooby Doo Features (particularly the ones where he meets the WWE roster.)
I think however, that it's mistake to dismiss Filmation's series out of hand (I've seen this many times over the years.)

People have a tendency to look back at older animation efforts comparative to more recent product and dismiss the older stuff with a sneer. The thing we have to remember was that those cartoons were made for kids whereas this feature (as well as most of the other recent Direct to Video Features) is really made with Nostalgic adults in mind.

This is not to let Filmation off the hook though. Filmation was famous (or maybe notorious) for it's predilection towards Stock animation. Lou Scheimer hated the idea of exporting the filming chores to Asian studios (I think it was in the Star Trek Animated Series Special Features that he called those that did it @$$#0!&$!)

On the other hand, in 1977 when the New Adventures came out it was at a time when parents groups had a lot more power over what was shown on TV (there were way fewer channels back then!)
the conventional thinking at the time was that Kids were simple minded and imitative. So they couldn't be shown anything sophisticated for their undeveloped minds, and they couldn't see violence in any form.

So Filmation had to conform more strictly to Standards and practices than WB Animation did in the 90s (and even they had problems with FoxKids when Batman was on Fox for the first two or so years)
As a result they just had to add in a few new characters, take out any punching, kicking or tackling scenes and they had all they needed to put a show on the air
