Donna Loren ("Susie Baby") has a new book that includes several photos from her Batman appearance, including behind-the-scenes and promotional photos of her inside the Batcave. I wish the Batcave photos were larger and in color, but they're great to see regardless. The price is steep for a book of its size, but if you enjoy the 1960s you'll likely find much of interest.
