Imperial Batman Knife and Fork Set

Post by ZAP_POW »

Does anyone have a photo of the 1960's Batman Imperial Knife and
Fork Set Backing-Card.

I have the Knife and the Fork . But I would like to put the set back onto a
Reproduction Backing-Card as originally sold at the store.

Please post a photo of just the BACKING card , Without the Silverware !!

This is for my personal display only.

I hope you can halp
Thanks

I know this isn't what you asked for, but do you mean fork and spoon set? Didn't know there was a fork and knife set?? Not that it matters, because I don't have just the backing card anyway...

That is the set needed ............... But

I would like to get a good FLAT scan of this card , WITHOUT the Fork and
Spoon to reprint and to use as a Filler for my Fork and Spoon to place in my
personal Collection.

Thank You

"Will John's desire to assist a fellow collector over power his mission to keep his collection MIMP?

Will Zap ever be able to scan the packaging card?

Will the fork run away with the spoon?

To find out, tune in again next week. Same Bat time - Same Bat channel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" :-)

OK, that's as good as I can do with the material out there. I understand the original card is 4.5 inches by 10. Anyone having a go at printing it needs to click on the image below then download it from the location they are taken to. Then adjust the image to the dimensions I've given once they've loaded it into their Microsoft Word or Open Office software.

It's incredible how you were able to do that... Now anyone van complete their set... just cut the slots for the fork and spoon to lay in and run a string through the card to fasten the handle and you're done... Thanks a lot, I'm gonna complete my set too now

I'm not sure how long the image will stay up on that hosting site. I notice the first couple of images I posted are no longer available..? It's suddenly become very difficult to store images on the web. Download it quick is my advice.

Here is a Photo of my 1966 Imperial Batman Carded Spoon and Fork set .....
The Packing card is a reproduction made from the photos on this
Thread from lounge Lizard.

The Spoon and Fork are original , the card is Not !

I put this into my collection Case , and it looks every bit like a original piece,
I did put the word COPY on the reverse , I am not trying to fool anyone, as it
is Obvious to any knowledgeable collector that this IS a Copy Card.

Not Perfect , but a nice filler until I find a Complete Origina Setl !!
