Has anyone else seen the New Classic TV Series Batman Nano Metalfigs Figure?

This metal Robin figure is in the same scale, but not in the Nano series. I found it recently for $2 in a clear blister (but no printed packaging info), so I assume it's a gaming figure? He has a cloth cape. I hadn't planned on buying the "Batman '66" Nano figure, but I sent my US penpal scurrying around for one. (Our local stores are stocking all manner of Nano characters, but no sign of Batman '66.)
