Funny how Funko won´t give us any clear info about the line, yet they still make things like this based on the 66 version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FDUng6h2Zn4

Yep. Look at all the money they spent on THAT! Could have produced part of wave 2 3.75" line. Remember, they spent a chunk on that cereal too.

Man, I just can't understand the love for Funko balloon heads. I'm obviously missing something.

"Every one to his own taste,' said the old woman as she kissed the cow" as the old Wellerism goes. But, yeah not to my taste.

Yup. I get the feeling the flippers are artificially keeping it going.

The line is dead and now with the last bit of hope that was the mystery box...the line is not only dead...but rotting in the ground.

Sadly, the Target box will contain Funko's "HeroWorld!" figures, not the Wave 2 four-inchers we had hoped for.

My collection of figures will be on eBay soon. Too painful to keep and say what could have been.

Interesting! I just saw the "Justice League Animated" set of the HeroWorld figures in a local store - and the size differential in the above pic is about right. I had assumed these new "Batman '66" figures would be in the same scale as my "Batman & Nightwing" two-pack.

Seeing the 2019 SDCC and all the cool stuff Super 7 and even Funko are doing makes this beyond sad. Not to rehash but what is Funko gaining by sitting on the license and not making figures? Why not do 1 to 2 per year as SDCC exclusives? That box at Target was JUNK!!

A friend was at the funko. headquartersAnd they still have the 1966 Batmobile on display along with the whole Batcave set up. He asked about the line but they had no information on it.

And the Targets I’ve been in the boxes are “shelf warmers”. Lots on the shelves still at full price. I suspect we will see them on clearance eventually.

I wonder if they are scale compatible to be honest.
