Thanks for sharing this, Dan. I'm a big fan of "the process" so seeing all these stages of concept sketch and developments are fascinating.

I really want to like this line but the likenesses are just a bit off on everything they release. I like the designs and poses for the most part but the head sculpts prevent me from collecting.

I agree. Something just doesn't hit me right, especially with Burt and Alan, but that being said, if I found these in say, 1974, I'd have been all over them. Time and technology have dimmed my view of many things here in 2018. I get caught in that whole "Geesh, with CGI and all, these should be spot on." I think for me personally, I'm going to try and be more of that wide eyed 12 year old and pull the trigger on these.
Thanks Dan. Wonderful as always!

John, your comment about timing is right on. These bust, though not super accurate end up out of stock rather quickly. It took me a while to track down one after my initial pass. Plus Adam and Burt have great accessories, which will make them more desirable.

Agree. I can not get my hands on a Mr. Freeze.

All the busts including Alfred were 3000 pieces, Dick is only 1966, and I imagine Bruce will be the same...so these two will be very rare and sell lout fast. I'm hoping they finish the line with Barbara.
