The guy working at the booth (not Marty) said when I asked about the Lugosi license that he was pretty sure they had the Lon Chaney likeness too-- so that would mean a very likely Wolf Man, and a possible Mummy, Frankenstein and even a Son of Dracula.

Lou they didn't have any loose-- and I wasn't aware they were for sale until Sunday when I went back to the booth and by that point they had sold all the Lugosi figures so I didn't buy any-- so I don't know if they are more solid bodies than what FTC uses.

I suppose you could buy bodies from DrMego and switch out the figures FTC makes but my collection of ReMego's are displayed all on custom Kresge cards so poseablity is no longer an issue.

The 8” Megos coming back officially is great but these are mostly peg warmers at Target.

He should have just gone with monsters (rumor is he has the Chaney likeness too) or more DC 14”.

Jimmi Hendrix? I love Hendrix but I’d put the $15 into music rather than a Jimmi doll. And Joe Namath? I’m into my fifth decade and I barely remember him!

Anybody else think the heads look too small?

Did they say if they are reproducing the 8" Batman and Robin? I saw all the other mentionings, but don't remember if they mentioned the big two.

Andy, those repro cards are great but looking at the monster figures they would have to drastically improve them before I consider investing in monster repros - assuming they ever do any in the first place.

8 inch DC is over at FTC so no Mego 8 inch B&R.
Looks like Series two will include more Trek and the Cowardly Lion along with Samantha Stevens so far. More to come. Mego is exclusive to Target for one year.

Those monsters are the original Mego Mad monsters that FTC did. The monsters that new Mego is doing are character specific likeness starting with Bela Lugosi.

Pegwarmers already? Haven't they only just been announced?

Nothing at my local store, but I was going to order sulu and Chekhov online anyway...but oh, sulu is sold out...I'm kicking myself right now, why did I have to wake up at 7:30 this morning! still managed to get Chekhov though so not a total loss.
