I believe the Jada Nano Metalfig Batman is close and may be a good fit for the 1:50 Batmobile. Unfortunately, they only make Batman, Joker, and Penguin. No Robin or Batgirl.
The HeroClix Batman and Robin may also be a good fit.

Heroclix is closer. After that, there’s a smaller figure for 1/64 from one of the cartoon series.

This Gentle Giant "Mini Superpowers" figure of Robin is in a similar scale (but is not in the "Nano MetalFigs" series).
I found it recently for $2 in a clear blister (but no printed packaging info). Someone had destroyed the original packaging in the shop. He has a cloth cape. I hadn't planned on buying the "Batman '66" Nano figure, but I ended up sending my US penpal scurrying around for one. (Our local stores are stocking all manner of "Nano" characters, but no sign of the "Batman '66".)

Last year's Hallmark Batcopter ornament has tiny Batman and Robin figures, probably too small?
Seated generic figures in various scales can be found in hobby model railways shops. Paint up your own?

Ok, so are we talking about Corgi size figures? If so, that may be your answer. 1:50 I think is Corgi sized?

I get it. There was a guy on the 1966Batmobile site (Tim Meyer of TPM Customs) that made them

“Batmobile Cutaways” is the boxed Eaglemoss collection of magazines into single book form, with one diecast Batmobile (and tiny Batcomputers). A new home for my Nano metal Batman and similar-sized Gentle Giant miniature Robin.Therin of Andor wrote: ↑Sun Sep 02, 2018 6:07 pm This Gentle Giant "Mini Superpowers" figure of Robin is in a similar scale (but is not in the "Nano MetalFigs" series).

Several reproduction figures for the Corgi Batmobile may be found on eBay or online. Search “corgi batmobile figures”.

Re: Batman and Robin figures for 1.50 batmobile
Hah! Reminds me of the Corgi Batmobile I found hidden in dirt at a cricket ground in 1967. It still had one missile, the cutting tool and the two figures in place, but I was always bemused by Robin's metallic gold cape. Replicas in the 70s and 80s usually only had Batman, or no figures at all.

I tried to contact the guy who made the 1/50 characters but to no avail. These are really tiny, so get a couple of Corgi reproductions and sand them down.
