I love my BATMAN 66 feature film soundtrack CD - why has there never been a CD compilation of the incidental music for the series like there is for STAR TREK: TOS?

I remember when the feature film soundtrack came out, there were hopes that the TV series music could follow, but the rights issues were as complicated for the music as they had been for the DVD/Blu-Rays.
