Bat-Cuff's, anyone? 1966 TV accurate size

Post by Domking1* »

Hello,
In the market for TV screen accurate size, shape and look of the 1966-68 Bat-Cuffs.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thank you.

I just posted about wanting these as well but I haven't had any luck.

Hopefully you'll do better...

Thanks for your response. I didn't realize you had posted, too. Nope, haven't heard a word. I'm surprised that these are so difficult to locate, unless satisfied with a plastic toy. I need something more durable. Fingers crossed for both of us!

Have you found actual size plastic versions?

I think I mentioned in my very recent post (title referencing dashboard appropriate figures) in the merchandise section that I saw cuffs on some page but there was no price so I wasn't sure if they were available.

I am just finishing up a set for the DFW Prop Party this weekend. I based them on a couple of screen caps and a B&W Still Photo of what is supposed to be the original. I based the size on pics of the cuffs in Batman's hands, The BatCuff pouch on the utility belt, and the B&W Still Photo scaled from my chain. They close with a magnet and fit around my wrists. I am about to post a build thread in the "Craft" section.
