Batcave Exterior 3d Print files for Hot WHeels

Post by rsaffle »

New member here but longtime fan. I wanted to share some files I created available for free over on the Thingverse web site. I did a Batman Tv logo with a 3 dimensional face and a Batcave with a roadblock and Gotham City 14 Miles sign in a scale to fit a Hot Wheels Batmobile but of course you can size it up to work with any car. I'm new to creating files but I have some Green Hornet files available and hope to expand into more Batman props.

:o Super cool! Thanks for sharing this excellent work.

I will have to pursue printing this set to share with my kids. Also, it surprises me that I've never seen anyone render the '66 logo with a 3-D face, but it looks great.

Welcome to our Message Board, glad to have you join us!

Wow, what an awesome thing to share with us! Insanely cool! We might not quite have hover-boards but I'll tell you, the version of the future where we're able to 3D Print Batcaves is a pretty great alternative!

Not to deter you if you genuinely want one to use at home in an ongoing sense, but with a quick Google search I found a couple of places in my city who offer 3D printing services.

Thanks guys. I bought my printer for $360ish but there are good ones under $200. I'm having a great time with mine. I designed this with a online 3d program called Tinkercad that is directed towards kids but Its a start for me and very easy. I have a new sculpting program on my Ipad and I'm currently working on a bust of Adam West I'm hoping to make a print to wear my Batman cowl on display.

Now that sounds like fun. Some 25 years ago, a company I worked for had a 3D printer that would take overnight to print stuff. Like everything technology based, price came down as speed went up.

A company called Flyin Miata now makes 3D printed tools, Amazing....
