Flame graphic bothers me a little on the boat but that's an easy fix.
The more i'm looking at the boat and its interior especially, i'm wondering if we can convince Scooter at PimpMyBatmobile to do a run of dash decals.

Great idea. I'll draw some up if anyone has good pics of the boat interior available? I see some online but im unclear which are accurate.

Customizing tip: The yellow Batpoles in the McFarlane Batcave playset (and also the Mezco playset gold poles) are identical sizes, but in the show, Dick’s Batpole is noticeably thinner than Bruce’s Batpole. So I taped together two paper drinking straws, removed the base, and slid it over Bruce’s one, then painted both poles gold.

That’s a more affordable and creative route than what I planned to do: buy some brass tubing of different diameters from Hobby Town, cut them to the proper length and slide them over the plastic poles.

Randy, if you have the Blu-ray movie, you may screenshot some clear images. Darren Nemeth has made 1:1 Batboat, but may not be on here any longer. He ‘s on FB, so maybe has some interior shots…

I just looked and I saw that Darren hasn't been online here on the Board since Sat Nov 02, 2019. If you're able to reach out to him, Lou, would you mind maybe reaching out?

Does anyone know if the Batboat model came with gauges, particularly Polar Lights second release with more accurate graphics. Scan it and scale it up?

Darren is sending me the original plans, which I will post here. He has a ton of photographs for reference too. I expect them some time next week!

Today, my McFarlane Toys’ King Tut and Two-Face action figures arrived - and immediately joined United Underworld.

Two-Face, of course, is from the “lost episode” comic based on a Harlan Ellison script proposal. (The face of the figure is definitely reminiscent of William Shatner, who played the voice of Two-Face in the more recent animated feature, "Batman vs Two-Face".)

So Darren looked through his archived things, but that’s mostly Batmobile stuff. His Blog that is posted above is the best bet for details, but he said the Batboat uses standard Glastron Gauges to best of his recollection.

Hopefully someone has an old brochure. There may be some information at 1966batmobile.com as they separated the threads for Batboat, Batcycle and Batcopter into a Bat vehicles grouping.
