They didn't cancel the unmasked Bats, just asked to okay the delay.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I went to Hobby Lobby and Michaels last weekend to see what I could find. I saw some of the Christmas tree plastic bulbs you mentioned, but the ones they had (at least that I could find) appeared to be too small. I did see this item at Michaels that might work, but I'm still looking to find something better.

Miniature campfire (doll house-sized)

I really like this Batmobile, and understand McFarlane wanted to keep the Batman-66 line lower-priced toys, but it could use some TLC and detailing. I want to add-on a fire-flame plastic piece to the turbine exhaust. Hopefully, I can find something for this at Hobby Lobby or Michaels.

If you’ve seen the ceramic Christmas trees with a small nightlight bulb in the base, they use plastic cone shaped bulbs that illuminate when the bulb is lit. These come in various sizes, I bought some for the 1/18 scale Batmobile and inserted it into the tail. You may find an LED light kit for that and adapt it to this car, with an LED to light up the flame. If you get really ambitious, you can create a Corgi type pulsating flame. The sky is the limit. Probably make it with a 3D printer. Might as well add a 3D printed Turbine too.

Who’s up for the challenge? Randy (rsaffle)?

Are you considering a landing pad at the base?
Thanks! Yes, I am looking out for suitable things to use.
Do you have the Mattel Batcomputer? I'm wondering what that would look like in the McCave?
Yes! I have the one (far left) that came with Mattel's unmasked Batman.

Were you able to pick up the Hallmark Batcave Ornament?
No, and US Mail Service has now banned all deliveries to Australia, so I have had several eBay and mail order packages cancelled in recent weeks, and funds abruptly returned to my PayPal account.

Thanks. It was a way to use the spare Batman head that came with the Batman Unmasked!

I've always thought a cowl-less Batman figure should wear a bathrobe over his costume, but I guess that's probably too niche even for Batman '66 merchandise.

Why redo the swimming trunks? We have those from Mattel. More villains (Tut, etc) and heroes (Gordon, Alfred...), then mix in Two face, Scarecrow, Poison Ivy, Reeves Superman etc. now that’s a case worth buying. Just my 1.9999 cents.

Great idea for making this figure more compelling. I wonder where one can find a 1/12 scale bathrobe...
