No he does no 3D printing. These are molded off the original. Sorry if there is any confusion.
By the way, John Pennyworth and Batman Canada posted these pics of the original prop on Facebook. Holy 2x4

Just in from CY - 2022 edition. I have an earlier 2005 edition with some other gadgets:
Top view == Antennas down 4-3/16" at widest, 4 - 1/4 to top of wings.
Thickness is evident at about 7/8" at edge, 1" in middle. Top View -- (Metal) Antennas extended

There were multiple screen-used versions, the CY was cast from one of them. With the original props being wood rather than cast, each differed.Frank_The_Riddler wrote: ↑Sat Dec 10, 2022 8:00 pmThis is closer but still not accurateLou Szabo wrote: ↑Fri Dec 09, 2022 11:23 am Just in from CY - 2022 edition. It's also worth noting that the aspect ratio of those old auction photos that Lou shared is squashed a little, from both the left and right. They were floating around online in the mid 2000s when not every average computer user was necessarily familiar with resizing photo dimensions for the web.
Back in 2008, Profiles In History sold that same original Bat-Radio again.
Below is my own Clint Radio that he made some point between 2002 and 2007. In my opinion, I think the issue CY ran into is that he was only able to cast the exterior shape of the Radio he had access to. I think his scaling of the red outlined cover was not proportionate to most of the originals and subsequently on mine, there appears to be too much black to each side of the red area.
One of these days, I need to go down the research rabbit-hole and figure out once and for all which radio(s) they added the brass hoop to for the movie.
