Folks, I'm not saying you can't buy a cowl made by someone other than Chuck Williams (although if you want the best one why would you), and you shouldn't buy another maker's 66 Figures-- but companies who take someone else's work and scan it to make inferior dupes (or even dupes of the same caliber for that matter) should NEVER be supported. They are THIEVES. It's unethical to steal from someone else and call it your work. Don't support them.
100% nailed it !!!!!!

Except for bootlegged VHS/DVD sales prior to the official release (as per our longstanding Merchandise Rules), this Message Board has always been a place that third party/fan made items have been displayed and discussed, providing that all sales/pricing/customer service conversations happen via PM or email.

CY Batarangs, Belts, and such as well as and those amazing Williams Studio 2 Cowls and Costume items would fall into that category and we have always welcomed those sort of items through the years and still do. Too many years of of unlicensed wilderness years to ignore some of the most major contibutors to the fandom then and now. As Ben pointed out, pricing, ordering and so forth always have to be done offline.

Except it's quite possible these are secretly made by Hot Toys under a different name. The high quality is equal to them.

Yup, it is definitely NOT them. They've already issued a cease and desist, but Asian Market Law is difficult.

So the smiling man is shipping Monday. I saw a note somewhere that Batman and Robin molds had been stolen, so they were starting new. It could be that Hot Toys lawyers went after them and seized the assets.

JazzInc Dioramas has the license to make 1966 Batman 1/6 figures. They wrote to K.A. Kim who sculpted the Hot Toys Adam West to work for them but she has ignored their requests. That would be great if they can get her so the quality will be equal to Hot Toys.

If they make a Yvonne Craig Batgirl, they want to make the 1966 Batgirl motorcycle.

If you want to see a 1/6 Van Williams Green Hornet, join Mars toys Facebook page and there is a thread you can suggest. If enough people ask for a Green Hornet maybe they will make one.

You must be thrilled? It looks fantastic and the props too... that Dehydrator is incredibly cool! Does it feel sturdy like the Hot Toys figures do?

Yes, it is quality for sure. Happy with the professional packaging too. Its just like the prototype at first glance.

Several are on eBay now. I’ll get Riddler and Penguin to complete the movie trio, since I have Catwoman.

I’ve been looking for a silver age Batman with the yellow oval. That Batman looks good. I would like sideshow to put out a version with a thinner version, but they are into the simple bat design. The two face character is well under $200 and in stock.

I have an extra Robin, so I’m playing with a new 1/6 Molly the Moll head to go with the Riddler when they release him, and more in scale with the 1/6 figures.

Only Julie’s Catwoman should be 12”, the rest should be shorter, like Ian did with his Catwoman.
