Beast Kingdom does clothed 8" figures-- they are hit or miss, they did two different Dark Knight returns Batman figures and they've done the Keaton Batman. This was just announced. They are not expensive (depending on what you consider expensive I guess) and the photos are prototypes, but I like the look of Batman's cowl-- blows away FTC's version.
I have their Keaton Batman and he’s great. My 1989 Joker should be here Jan/Feb. I was hoping they’d do at least Batman and Robin 1966 and I got my wish. Maybe Mezco will be the next to touch Adam and Burt? I would love to see Joker and Penguin made by Beast Kingdom as well.

Mezco has the license too- and I was told two years ago they were tooling a 1:12 Adam West figure-- don't know if that fell through the cracks.
Given how long Mezco took to get their '66 5-Points line into production, i'm not holding my breath. From what I read, it sounds like they are way behind of delivering a lot of previously announced lines from various franchises, let alone stuff they've not even teased. I'm definitely intrigued to see what they come up, but i'll not be glancing at my watch all too often
That's the healthiest way to look at it Ben. Pre-orders are a tough animal-- a LOT Of things can and do go wrong during production. Mezco is spread pretty thin but it seems like their choice of providers is sometimes lacking.
As for a vehicle, I don't think Beast Kingdom does them, so I'd not expect that. The '66 license is a limited interest property-- it is more a vanity project for the companies in many cases, like Todd McFarlane he's a fan of the show, sales are solid but he moves a lot more comic and video game based characters than he does of our show.
Ditto Hot Toys-- owner Howard Chan wanted a '66 line and got Batman and Robin produced. The work on the other figures he did for pre-production had to be done before sales figures came in, and the numbers weren't there to continue the line. But Howard got the prototype figures, same with his Batmobile.
if they make Batman and Robin and HOPEFULLY Batgirl, given the licensing issue with her, And perhaps HOPEFULLY Catwoman , they will go PURRFECTLY, excuse the pun, with the Figures Toy Company collection.
It's all speculation but I don't see BK doing deep dives into the Batman license. Batman-Joker and Batman-Robin seem to be it. I just ordered the Blue Dark Knight Returns Batman they put out, so I'll see first hand what kind of quality the line is.
