It’s beautiful, no denying that. It’s great that someone is making it and there are collectors willing to pay for it. But $1300 exceeds the current value of a real 1966 Yamaha Catalina 250 cc in good condition. I can’t justify paying that much for a toy, personally, but I won’t knock anyone who does.

Shipping adds $100+ and I think there is an additional fee from it coming overseas too. Something to think about.

I hope someone buys one and invites me over for a playdate!

👍 And my son.

But I’m guessing NOBODY will be “playing” with these unless they are like Bruce Wayne who can afford one to play with and another to put away. Now, if I were Elon Musk, I’d probably sock away a half a dozen and have one to push around on the floor. Otherwise, playtime would be limited to creating daydream-picture-stories while looking at it in its hermetically sealed terrarium.

I like the Batcycle but I don't love it as much as I do the Batmobile.

Yep, this is almost the same cost as the more iconic Batmobile was, and that had quite a few features. For me, it’s an easy decision to sit this one out. But it’s going to be fun to see this made and in people’s collections.

I am sure Burt will sign it, for the right price.
Most likely sending $1600 or higher.

No thank you. I will hold on to my money, and wait until they do Batcave items, and perhaps even better Batman and Robin figures!

I feel the same about this one. To spend that much on a vehicle seen on the show only a handful times seems a waste. A Batcave would have been an easier yes for me because it’s in every episode and like the Batmobile, it’s iconic. As for figures, I’ll stick with Mars. Their Joker was perfect, Penguin, Riddler and Catwoman are coming. They are affordable. Figures from this place would cost a grand.

As for me, I'll get and upgrade the FTC/Mego version. It's too much for my taste.

Figures Toy Company has a 66 Classic Batman Batcave, it was done very well.

Personally, I've always preferred the original Batcycle from season 1 to the movie version Jazzinc has produced, so that--and the price--are solid reasons to pass on this. I'd much rather have a 1/6 scale Batboat, but that's another discussion for another day.

Completely agree on the Batcave parts. Would most like to see more of the equipment/computers found in the Batcave. Probably would prefer 1/12 scale, however, just because of the size, but would be interested in at least a Batscanner and Batcomputer in 1/6 scale.

What happened with that 1/6 scale Batcave with all of the Hot Toys Detective comics costume variations and Batcave equipment that was up for auction? Did anyone on this board acquire it? If so, please consider having duplicates of the equipment made for the rest of us on this board. 😁
