Is that Chuck’s Adam West face sculpt?

Seller has the display priced at $50,000.

Wow, is the mannequin made of gold?
Even if it was the best items available- it would be hard to justify this asking price.
It is hard to tell from photos, but I believe that is a Mattel belt, definitely not Gaspar gloves. Possibly a Williams cowl.
Good luck, I guess.

And just like that, the listing has already been removed. Guessing the seller got spanked - perhaps by someone else from this board.

Pity, as I wanted to see this for myself and compare with my own 1:1 1966 Bat-mannequin, but I'm sure it's nowhere near worth $50K. $2k maybe? $3K tops?

I would be inclined to agree with you that it was just taken down. But then I remembered, according to the listing, it was in one person’s cart.

Maybe an elaborate insurance scam?

This is exactly my first thought when I see overpriced things like this on eBay!

Thanks!

The only thing that bugs me (other than the bad photos) is the "vintage 70's" description...

You'd think with a $50k ask you'd get better pics.

Yeah, the “1970s” descriptor is almost jarring.

Yeah, not worth $50K. Nice paint job on the face, but the tights are the wrong color. And does he have a bat pole in his trunks, or is he just happy to see someone?

I noted that the seller is from Edwardsville, IL. Wondering if he's an SIU student who's late on his tuition. Or maybe he stole this from campus and is holding it for ransom? Those do look like ransom pics.

Wanted for questioning:
