Thanks guys, i'd like to report i feel fine in fact probably the fittest i've been for a long time, been working out and walking the my trusty dog, Ace the bat hound 3 to 4 miles every day and eating a healthier diet, the pounds just fell off :)
Still have a little loss of pheriferal vision, looking forward i have a slight loss to my upper left but seem to have adapted.
The other good news is i start back to work next week, only part time to see how i get on but its a start, cant spend any more time in the house, its driving me nuts that and no money !
But still here and Batty as ever
