I finally got a stand for my NECA Batman
And the base is just screaming " do something creative here"
It's seven inches across , I want to do something colorful
Any help would be great

How about printing a Batman tv logo and sticking it on the base? or even a scan of the Bat insignia as seen in your ID pic? Maybe velcro a Hot Wheels Batmobile to the base?

Just a thought
Get some black textured friction/traction tape and cover base and paint some white lines as to resemble a street-paint post black to hide.
or
print out a Gotham city public works round decal size of base

In my avatar you can see what I usually do; It's just a glossy paper cutout with the logo from whatever movie or TV show my custom is from. It covers the "third leg" of the base. I don't really bother with the floor of the base. The character is just gonna stand on top of it anyway...

I think the 66 TV logo would be a nice touch.

I TOTALLY agree with Batguitarist. You'd want to avoid sharks coming out from the base. :)

Looks like we'll need another stand!

From NECA's Toy Fair Press Release:

"One of the most talked-about figures of 2013 was NECA’s limited edition 1/4 Scale 1966 BATMAN, the first ever to feature the likeness of Adam West from the beloved television series, and an instant sellout in stores. This year NECA made waves again by announcing the companion piece, a 1/4 scale 1966 Robin action figure sculpted in the image of actor Burt Ward and featuring the same high quality accessories and loving attention to detail as the first figure."

I'm all for that. Any toy company can make what you want. I just like to be a kid sometimes and say "I MADE THIS" YEEEAAAAAAA!!!!!

Plus when you do it yourself there's a few proud moments. :)

Thanks for the heads up friend!
