Cowl padding

I've recently purchased a chuck Williams cowl and while it is incredible it doesn't fit me quite right. I've been having trouble finding foam padding or any type of padding anywhere, does anyone have any suggestions where to find it or what some of you have used? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Depending upon how thick you need it to be, I had good luck with those sponges that you use in the kitchen for dishes. Spray adhesive was used to stick it to the fiberglass.

Hi,

Go to the nearest fabric store like Joanne's and they should have the urethane foam sheets you need.
Upholstery shops will also have it.

They may even have it at Walmart in the fabric area.

If you are still having trouble finding it I'll be glad to send some strips.

Always spray the foam OUTSIDE and well away from the cowl and insert it.

Chuck...

Walmart does have 1" white upholstery foam in the fabric department.
It comes in a small roll and also in approx. 1 foot squares, two or four to a package.

That should take care of any padding needs!
