Custom Frank Gorshin by Ian McLean, on Flickr

I used the spare MezcoToys Riddler head to create Frank Gorshin from "Return to the Batcave: The Misadventures of Adam and Burt". Shown with the Funko Batman and Robin, with my custom of Egghead (made from the ReAction Vincent Price figure and "Tomorrowland"’s David Nix).

The perspectives aren't perfect, but I think the results are pretty fun. Be sure to scroll down for the pull-back shot to show how I did this in-camera.

I just noticed that the cape on your black and white Robin has a straight edge on his cape
Did you cut it, or did it come that way?

I trimmed my colour Robin’s cape. Drove me insane that he had a scalloped cape!

The first thing I did when I got it home as trim it down just like I did the regular version...and then breathed a long deep breath as my unbridled fanboy rage at such a thing subsided.

Hi Ian!
I have a challenge for You: How about, modifying action figures to look like the 1943 Batman, Robin, and Alfred, but in color, opening the clock to go through and behind it to "The Bat's Cave"! How about it, my Friend? After all, it's Winter down there .

Cheers,

My custom Commissioner Gordon as "Buzzy" and FTC's Chief O'Hara as "Duke" in the "Batman '66" episode, "Surf's Up, Joker's Under":

The latest wave of 6" McFarlane Toys action figures in the "Batman '66" line include Lord Death Man, Robot Batman and Superman from the tie-in comics.

Robot Batman scales well with the Funko and Mezco 4" figures (and my ReAction Egghead custom):
