Ian,
I really like that Commissioner Gorden that you made, I'm going to give it a try.

Re: Toy Photography with 66 Batman Figures.
Thanks! When I read that Figures Toy Co. didn't have the likeness for Neil Hamilton - and Chief O'Hara was on the way in the post - I panicked and found a fairly reasonable eBay "Buy it now" deal on the comic book Clark Kent/Lois Lane/Perry White/Jimmy Olsen wave.Boy Wonder wrote:Ian,

All that Perry needed were his sleeves rolled down (I added a stitch to close the cuffs), hair slightly sculpted with quickset putty and painted silver, and the tiny gap in his teeth (from the cigar) puttied up. But... watching episodes of "Batman" that night, I noticed that Gordon's suit was almost always grey, never brown, so I switched out the clothes with a grey-suited "Anchorman" figure.

Robin, Riddler, Siren, Gordon by Ian McLean, on Flickr
Robin, Riddler and my customized Siren and Commissioner Gordon. The Siren is an Edith Keeler/Joan Collins ("Star Trek") head on a "Big Bang Theory" female torso and Gordon is a modified Perry White ("Superman" comic) figure.

Thank you!
I tried to upload this one before bed, but the forum was down!
Joker's Flying Saucer by Ian McLean, on Flickr
Alfred, Joker and my custom of Joker's Martian henchman, Verdigris, aboard Joker's UFO. The 7" action figure base was a 1999 Larry from Figures Toy Co.'s "The Three Stooges" series. I'm very pleased with this one. Aquaman donated some gloves and Martian Manhunter donated a green jumpsuit. (Verdigris wore a green two-piece suit in the episode, but I couldn't locate anything suitable.) The white doctor's coat on Larry has gone to my Sandman custom.

Hey Ian,
Your john Astin especially looks like John. How did You get him to look so accurate?

Re: Toy Photography with 66 Batman Figures.
I saw someone else's attempt (I think they used a John-Boy Walton head?) and I realized that the licensed 8" Gorshin w/mask head could be made to look like Astin by lowering the hairline and adding the mustache. Studied a few pics as I molded the quickset putty.Larry A. wrote:How did You get him to look so accurate?
