That turned out really good - great job! Perhaps he'll wear it if you take him to an upcoming Comic-Con if one is in your area?

That looks like an incredible amount of work. I am sure he will be thrilled while wearing it. I can see why you would have to be 'coaxed" into another one. You did a great job on this one.

Thank you for the positive feedback. Jack finally let it stay on for a little bit, and we realized the shell is a little small. It kept riding up to the top of his head. I'm going to try making some adjustments to make it fit better.
